Here is a summary of what is going on with online gambling in the United States.

1) Prior to the passing of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, eleven states had laws on the books that specifically ban all forms of online gambling. These states are: IL, IN, LA, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OR, SD, WA, WI. Online gambling continues to be considered illegal in these states.

2) The Act did nothing to alter, curtail, or extend state laws regarding online gambling. Thus, it did not make online gambling illegal in all states.

3) The Act places restrictions on the financial transactions that occur in connection with online gambling; it restricts electronic fund transfers and the use of credit cards in connection with such wagering. This means that players can no longer make wagers, or collect winnings using electronic fund transfers, credit or debit cards, or some other online payment systems.

In response to the Act, online gambling sites have done one of three things with respect to US-based real-money players:
1) Continue to accept US-based real-money players from all states
2) Accept US-based real-money players from states other than the states in which online gambling is specifically outlawed (meaning no players from the states listed above)
3) Closed their site to all US-based real-money players

Ward Moss and Branch.
Branch is going to get most of Hasslebecks looks.
Moss is a talented possesion rec. on a run heavy team, which means a big play could happen at any time
Ward pretty much the same reason as Moss

It is difficult. Because you need to connect your PC to a foregin server and then route back to the game server, it will cause a large time delay.
But if you want to try, there are some free VPN server to provide this kind of services. (You need to use VPN, not Proxy. Since proxy only support HTTP, http://FTP…etc, not all protocol)
However, you should make sure that this game server only accepts it’s local country IP or just reject your country IP?
If it is the first case, it is even more difficult. Because you need to find a VPN in this country.
If it is the second case, it is a bit easier.

It is quite good. It can rout all your IP in all application to its server first and then route to the Internet.

I love Moss against the weak defense of the Giants, worst pass defense in the league after two weeks yardage wise.. Moss had 6 catches for 89 yrds last week. I like Branch as I think Cinci’s ability to score will force Seattle in to a track meet plus the Bengal defense is weak as well. (Branch had 7 catches for 122 yrds last week (he didn’t play in week 1)). I like Welker as I see no let up in New England offensively; they play like they’re out to make statements. I like Welker’s chances of scoring a TD against again one of the league’s worst pass defenses. Welker had 8 catches for 91 yrds last week.

All three players ae going against weaker pass defenses than they did last week too. Remember… Giants, Bengals, Bills = WEAK pass defenses. Bills- 5 rec TDs surrendered, Bengals-5 rec TDs surrendered, Giants- 7 rec TDs surrendered.

Randle-El is a #2 behind Moss who you have. (4 catches/ 44 yrds last wk). The Raiders don’t pass well enough for me to want to hope for a TD reception from Curry. (2 catches/12 yrds last wk). The 49ers don’t score enough to force Pittsburgh into the air, should be the Willie Parker show, so I will let Ward rest this week (5 catches/55yrds last wk)

So for me it’s Moss, Branch, and Welker.

You can change your IP address, it’s your NIC or ethernet card’s MAC address that you can’t change.

Your IP is just a temporary address that can change.

Use a proxy to change your IP address. Works great when you want a new IP address. Your essentially using another computer as your address(a proxy). Now as for gaming, well your going through another computer, which might be located in another country so it might be a bit slow.

Example, if you want an IP address in China, well just find a proxy server in China…etc.

Works great too for voting sites

Do a search for proxy software, plenty of them. You can also manually enter a proxy address in internet explorer
1. Tools
2. Connections
3. Lan Settings (enter in a proxy)

Easier though if you use software that configures it all for you and that you can change quickly if the Proxy server shuts down.

Unlike the Modern law in Human society we have not yet proceeded to that level in Computer Technology. IP is the name of the Machine in short the identification No. This no is given by the ISP when connected to it from any machine.They have a Alogrithm which defines this. Companies and corporates by the IP Addresses to suite their business needs.
An Individual can also buy IP address like 250.250 in its subnet and if available with the ISP .But he cannot change it.
If you change it then who will identify you ? Thatz the reason why IP address at this point cannot be changed at run time. Also there are legal implications. For eg: if you wish to change it for Gaming purpose some-one else might use for Criminal Purpose.

You must of read something wrong. Gambling of any type has been illegal on the web in the USA before Bush ever took office. To go onto these over seas gambling sites you do take a risk of still having charges pressed against you. Many of those over seas operations have been shut down by the FBI and CIA cause they come into the USA.

Hines Ward.
Santana Moss.
Ronald Curry.

Hines Ward is a big factor in the Steelers passing game, which should do well against the 49ers.
Santana Moss is the main receiver in Washington and they’re playing a soft pass defense against the Giants.
Ronald Curry in Oakland against the swiss cheese Cleveland Browns secondary.

Randel El and Welker are good subs. Deon Branch is not typically a safe play.
